1. What Balworth is

Balworth is a map of England's neighbourhoods built from official open statistics — deprivation, recorded crime, house prices, census data, air quality and points of interest. It is an informational tool to help you research areas. It is not professional, financial, legal or safety advice, and it is not a complete picture of any place.

2. Beta service

Balworth is currently in beta. Features may change, break or disappear without notice, and access granted during the beta (including free access to Pro features via the waitlist) may end when subscriptions launch. We may contact waitlist emails about the launch.

3. Subscriptions

When subscriptions launch, Balworth Pro will be offered per region (England first) at the price shown on our pricing page, billed monthly with no minimum term — cancel anytime and access runs to the end of the paid period. Payment processing will be handled by a dedicated payment provider; card details never touch our servers.

4. Fair use

Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell or misrepresent Balworth's data or interfere with the service. The underlying statistics are available from their official publishers (see below) under their own open licences — go get them there.

5. Data sources and accuracy

Balworth presents third-party official statistics in good faith, including data from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (Indices of Deprivation), the Office for National Statistics (census, house prices, boundaries), data.police.uk (recorded crime), Defra and DfT. Statistics are aggregated, lag reality by months, and reflect recorded events only. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Always visit an area and do your own research before making decisions.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balworth is provided "as is" and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the information shown, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Contact

Balworth is operated by Muttlabs LLC. A dedicated contact address will be published here before subscriptions launch.
